Driving to France

Taking your car abroad or Transporting a Car into the UK is very easy by train. The cost of parking and additional fees paid in airports can be avoided by driving. The nearest car port is in Folkstone in Kent UK and travels to Calais, France.

It may be useful to know....

LPG:
Please note that you cannot board the Eurotunnel if your vehicle is propelled by LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). This not the same as LRP (Lead Replacement Petrol), which is perfectly acceptable. You can board the Eurotunnel powered by Petrol or Diesel.
